Meet Our Staff

We know that our office is only as effective and welcoming as the people who work in it, which is why we take pride in our friendly, well-trained staff members! As a team, we work together to provide quality gentle dentistry to patients of all ages. We promise to speak candidly with you about possible treatments, any risks and associated costs, and how each treatment option can address your individual needs as a patient.

Our staff is highly skilled, uniquely trained and spends numerous hours each year participating in continuing education (CE) classes to ensure we are up-to-date on the latest technology and trends dentistry has to offer.

We have a very large staff, many of whom have been with the practice for 10+ years, with a multitude of personalities that are able to cater to each and every patient's individual needs. This allows us to treat patients as young as 1 year old up to 90+ years old, making their experiences enjoyable!

Beth-Financial Coordinator

Beth enjoys spending her free time in the pool, at the beach or in the U.P. She has two children and loves spending time with her grandchildren.

Ingrid-Schedule Coordinator

Ingrid has been in the dental field for 30 years.  Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family..

Laura Lee-Patient Care Coordinator

Laura Lee's dental career started with MMDA in 2001. She loves meeting new people and spending time with her husband, 2 kids, friends, and family. She enjoys watching her children play sports and walking and riding her bike in her spare time.

Julie-Dental Hygienist

Julie has been apart of the dental field for over 30 years. She loves taking care of her patients. When is not at work, she is baking, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with her family.

 

Barbara-Dental Hygienist

Barbara has been with MMDA since 2013. She loves spending time with her husband, son and 2 daughters. She also enjoys shopping, crafting, and vacationing in her spare time.

Janel-Dental Assistant

Janel has been assisting at MMDA since 1997. She loves spending time with her husband and 2 daughters as well as boating, reading, and cooking.

 

Vicki-Dental Assistant

Vicki has been apart of the dental community for over 30 years. Outside of work she enjoys camping, baking and her family.

 

Merissa-Dental Assistant

Merissa started as a high school field study student in 2013. She is now a full-time dental assistant. Merissa graduated from Central Michigan University in 2018. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog Basil, friends and family.
